As stated on our home page, RASOC is much more than a website or a Facebook page. It is a local club with many benefits, both tangible and intangible. Read about these benefits as well as our mission here.
If you want to be part of our club, you have the option of mailing a check to the address below, or to receive more information on how to join, please fill out the contact form below, or email membership@rasoc.org
You don’t have to live near Charlotte, NC to be a member or financially support our club!

Membership dues are:
– Individual: January to December: $20
– Family: January to December: $30
– Individual November and after: $25 (gives you a 14 membership, good until December of the next year)
– Family November and after: $35 (gives you a 14 membership, good until December of the next year)
Member Benefits
– Get a cool color membership card with YOUR name on it!
– Show your membership card and get member discounts at our generous local fish store (LFS) sponsors! Savings at these businesses alone can easily pay for your membership.
– Meet fellow LOCAL marine aquatic enthusiasts and build new friendships! Learn from the experience (and mistakes) of others.
– You will be eligible to vote on club issues and hold office to govern and shape the club.
– Join in coral frag and used equipment swaps with people you know.
– Participate in group purchases of fish and supplies.
– Participate in club raffles and auctions. Paid members also get several free tickets to the Holiday Social raffle.
– Support your local club and enable it to provide a website and bring known speakers in the industry to Charlotte.
– Participate in community service events and help educate and excite other local residents. Get involved!
